With a commitment to inclusivity and growth, we empower participants to discover their full potential and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.The RoleAs the Brand Lead, you'll be responsible for all brand-related projects, social media, and content for Outward Bound. You'll support the brand transformation, taking the lead on brand guidelines, templates, reskins, and campaign activity. You'll also support the wider team with design needs and lead projects alongside the Kaitohu Whakatairanga/Matihiko | Head of Marketing and Digital.Critical to this role will be experience in a brand or trade marketing role, understanding of best practice social media and content marketing, proficient use of analytics tools (i.e. G4), as well as Microsoft and Adobe applications. Project management experience would be highly desirable.What We're Looking ForYou'll bring to the role at least three years of marketing experience, strong communication skills, a love for results-driven marketing, and a growth mindset. This role would suit someone who has curiosity about what makes people tick and is comfortable delving into research and data.
