As the Maori Pasifika Trades Training (MPTT) Engagement and Community lead, you will hold a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team.In this fixed-term contract, you will have the opportunity to build strong, active relationships with akonga (learners) and the wider community, driving meaningful outcomes for Maori and Pasifika learners in trades education.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with akonga, community members, and stakeholders to support learner success.Create and share engaging and meaningful digital content to connect with akonga and stakeholders.Coordinate events and initiatives that support learner achievements and promote community involvement.Track and report on engagement outcomes to ensure meaningful impact for Maori and Pasifika learners.He korero mou: About youWe seek an individual with strong cultural competency, who can build and maintain relationships and has graphic design or digital media skills. This position will suit an individual with the ability to build relationships, coordinate events, together with a passion for collaborative problem-solving.
