About the Opportunity
As Contracts Administrator, you will join an organisation that has made a significant investment into expanding its services. Providing a spectrum of surgical services to patients from the region dealing with ACC and insurance contracts, this is a varied role. Reporting to a supportive Contracts Manager, you will provide exceptional administrative support across surgical contracts and clinical billing services for the hospital and our surgical providers. Your contribution to Manuka Street Hospital will be recognised and valued. This role is 0.5 FTE but may be varied for the right person.
About You
You are someone with very good administration skills and a level of agility that can reprioritise tasks in an evolving environment to facilitate the provision of contract elective surgery. You will be highly organised with a passion for providing customer service and will be positive and innovative in your thinking, able to question current processes. Discretion and confidentiality will be core values, and you have an ability to communicate with different groups of stakeholders.
