About the RoleWe have a unique opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Leader to join us as Group Performance Leader Printing/Warehouse. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will lead the press, graphics and warehouse production departments consisting of 40 people. You will play a crucial role in the local site leadership team, providing guidance on strategic site-wide projects and performance in Lean, Sustainability, and Safety across all business functions.In this role, you will ensure production targets are met to maintain on-time customer delivery with excellent quality and cost efficiency. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence, maximize supply chain value, establish and sustain KPI reporting within teams, and build effective cross-functional relationships at all organizational levels.About the PersonThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology. You will have a passion for driving and leading change and transformation, with visible leadership and a strong sense of ownership. You will be results-driven with experience in process improvement, including lean tools. You will be an effective communicator with a collaborative approach, capable of bringing people along on the journey.
