Key Responsibilities:
Work with a team to lead the organisation
Develop and implement business, service, and financial plans
Manage staff and volunteers effectively
Prepare complex information and documentation
Relate well to staff, members, and the board
Requirements:
2+ years of managerial experience
Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
Experience with the health of older people and dementia
Strong computer and administration skills
Eligibility to work in New Zealand
