We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Delivery Lead.
We're looking for someone who is naturally a people person with project management skills, who is able to connect dots and drive success, becoming a key player in our high-performing Parks and Property team.
In this role, you'll leverage your project management expertise and strong people skills to ensure the successful delivery of our Parks and Property Capital Programme. You will oversee the strategic and operational actions within the team, manage contractors, and drive projects to successful completion.
We're seeking an individual with exceptional engagement and communication skills who excels at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external contractors, consultants, and customers. The ideal candidate will be outcome-focused and solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of legislation and local government procedures and policies. They should also be adept at collaborating with customers, both internal and external, to achieve the best possible outcomes.
You'll have experience in project management, not just in the delivery of capital projects but also in meeting the key strategic requirements of management and elected members. Therefore, you'll have exceptional reporting skills.
