Kei a koe te mana I The choice is yours As a Manager, you'll join the Transaction Strategy & Execution practice which is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic objectives in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or separation process. With an unrivalled track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to be part of the largest dedicated integrations, separations and transition practice in Oceania.

4+ years of experience in a similar role.Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking.Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations.Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.Driven, but with high EQ.Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus.Our roles can be adjusted to work flexibly with the potential of reduced hours to balance your time between the home and office.
