They will be responsible for managing services, promoting the motel, overseeing staff, and monitoring financial activities.Key responsibilities:Managing services, including reservation, reception, and housekeeping.Promoting the motel, creating bilingual marketing content, and overseeing digital content and social media campaigns.Observing and monitoring staff performance, interviewing, hiring, and training staff when necessary.Managing customer feedback, handling complaints, and monitoring financial and accounting activities.Ensuring legislative compliance, selecting and liaising with security companies, and providing tourism advice to customers.Requirements:At least 3 years of experience in the business field.Excellent marketing, research, and writing skills.Passion for work and ability to achieve sales goals.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Able to make operational decisions.Location: Taupo, Position: Manager, Term: Permanent full-time position, Wage: $31.70-$34.00, Hours of work: At least 30 hours per week, shifted from Monday to Sunday.
