The Leadership Development Centre (LDC) is a business unit within the Commission and is the primary vehicle for delivering public sector leadership development. We deliver programmes, resources and experiences that help public servants grow the breadth and depth of their career.The Manager Talent Management and Leader Development reports to the Director of the LDC and will lead a team delivering a range of interventions to lift system capability and support a strong pipeline of leaders ready to lead at a system level.This role is a fixed term role to June 2026.We are seeking candidates that can bring hands-on experience working with senior and executive level leaders as well as being a leader themselves. Candidates should know the contemporary tools of talent management and how to put system and process in place to support a high performing team.
