We are a NZ owned technology company and we are growing.
Most people would call us a software development business, but in reality we have many strings to our bow.
For sure we develop fantastic bespoke software solutions for local and international clients, including health, finance, agriculture, law, and aerospace.
However, we also operate a successful Microsoft services consulting business including M365, SharePoint Development, and Power Platform.
We have also recently launched a Managed Services business for IT, providing M365 platform and additional support services.So, back to the unicorn opportunity!
Our hardworking CEO is stretched pretty thin and we would like to identify someone to manage our bespoke software development business.
Skills with software development would be handy but are not essential, but skills with people (our team and our customers) ARE absolutely essential.You should of course be the usual self-starter, people-focused, honest, motivated, mindful, dependable, and honest.
But what we are looking for is someone really special, to help support, develop, and grow our amazing software business.We are not looking for a floor sweeping, big swinging, change agent – as our business is most definitely not broken.
But we are looking for someone who can respectfully integrate and then help this part of our business thrive.
You will report to our entrepreneurial CEO, and you will work with a Board who have built and developed many businesses over the years.There is a lot of scope in this opportunity, and it's not just any old job.
