In this role, you will be responsible for conducting analysis, providing insights, and making recommendations to support our ambitious goals of improving outcomes for Tamariki, Kiwi, and Aotearoa. You'll ensure we can effectively track, measure, and demonstrate our impact. Collaborating closely with teams across the business, such as Strategy, you'll help design and implement insights and analysis to help us drive measurable, positive change. A key aspect of this role is the ability to monitor and assess the short-, medium-, and long-term impact of our purpose-driven strategy.

Experience working with complex data sets, conducting data analysis and building insightful measurements and reporting.Experience creating reports to aid decision making.Strong analytical thinker.Passion for purpose and purpose-led business strategies.An understanding of financial capability measurements and/or sustainability measurements would be desirable.The ability to research best practice strategic methodologies and frameworks for impact measurement and provide recommendations to decision makers.Good communication and influencing skills.
