Seeking applications for a motivated leader to take responsibility and accountability for the performance and delivery of all the Property Services that enable Lincoln University and other campus-based organisations and businesses to fulfil their educational, business and organisational strategies and goals.
The role requires specific attention to implementing, maintaining and improving strategies to achieve operational excellence in the delivery of facilities management services to the Lincoln University campus.
Some tasks of the role include:
Delivery of services in line with KPIsManagement of Service Level AgreementsCompliance & reportingContractor ManagementFinance & budgetingThis is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus. The salary range is from $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Relevant Facilities Management qualification or an equivalent tertiary level qualification or 10+ years experienceMinimum of five years leadership and staff management experienceAppropriate professional memberships that align with the industry, such as FMANZ.Experience in a commercial or educational facilities management role.Proven experience in facilities or property management, preferably within the public sector or a large multi-site organisation.Outstanding planning and organisational skills, with demonstrated experience in planned preventative maintenance programmes.A subject matter expert in a technical field such as construction, HVAC, MEP or FLS.Experience in contract management preferably in the construction, asset renewal or property management field.Experience in Facilities Management, Repairs and Maintenance industry advantageous.Demonstrated commitment to Manaakitaka and Lincoln University valuesA full New Zealand drivers licence.As an employee of Lincoln University, you can reap the rewards of working in a supportive organisation with a commitment to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion.
