Manager Property Projects – Permanent - Flexible LocationManager Property Projects – Permanent - Flexible LocationDo you enjoy working and delivering on complex projects?Experienced in property project and contract management?Salary range $151,774-$168,638 actual salary dependent on skills and experienceBring your knowledge and experience to this exciting new role and help make a difference to Fire and Emergency operational staff and our communities.Working within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), as a key member of the EPMO Leadership Team, your role plays a vital part in supporting our national property team with delivery of complex capital projects, ensuring our fire stations, training facilities, depots and other property assets are protecting and enabling front line firefighters.Reporting to the National Manager, EPMO, you will lead and be accountable for a geographically spread team of six, delivering new capital projects and managing project delivery contracts. Operating as a project director, you will coach and guide team members to meet delivery targets and actively identify and mitigate risks, in a supportive learning environment. You will ensure any major refurbishments and new builds are developed with the principles of safety, resilience, and comfort at the forefront of your approach. In this role you will be working closely with the National Manager Property, regional property teams and regularly interact with both user and specialist roles to deliver quality project outcomes.Ko tau na i tenei turanga - what you'll bring to the roleYou will have extensive and demonstrable senior level experience in managing teams delivering projects, across geographically dispersed locations. Significant experience in property contract management and procurement processes, including experience using NZS3910 and CCCS is required.
