This team focuses on recruiting professional services for specialized desks, covering Corporate Services, Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, and Production & Manufacturing. Based in our central CBD Auckland office, this pivotal role offers autonomy and the chance to shape it to your strengths. With an established team and a robust client base, you'll be part of the leadership team driving success across the NZ business and developing the team's capabilities for ongoing success.
Your Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in agency recruitment and labour hire at the senior level (preferred)
A proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a track record of results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in leading and coaching teams
High initiative and strong teamwork skills
