We are currently looking for a customer-focused, ambitious, and energetic individual, with good industry experience, to manage a well-established and busy Powder Coating business.
Trotter Powdercoating Ltd has a reputation for producing high-quality work and coats all metal products with a particular emphasis on coating folded aluminium sections. We are accredited applicators with both Dulux and Interpon and operate from a modern and efficient plant alongside our sister company G & A Harris Sheetmetal.
Key aspects of the position include:
Customer liaison and job costing.
Job programming.
Quality control & Staff Training.
Stock control.
Health & Safety.
The ideal individual for this position will:
Have the ability to manage and motivate a small but experienced team.
Have a professional attitude and good communication skills.
Have great planning skills and a drive for efficiency.
Be trustworthy, have a high work ethic, and a good sense of humour.
