Job Description Role: Manager – Portfolio Management Location: Corporate office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Ideation: Drive the ideation of new differentiated products in collaboration with medical, CoE, & IPDO teams.
Product Selection Meetings: Organize PSC meetings with concerned cross-functional teams to enable diligence on differentiated ideas & support portfolio decision making.
Portfolio Management: Actively drive reviews with key stakeholders at IPDO to ensure projects are progressing as per market requirements.
Operating Network: Internal: Country team, CoE, Medical, Regulatory, GCM, Finance, Legal, IP, BD, IPDO, Portfolio and Strategy External: Partner corporates, Research agencies Qualifications Education & Experience: Overall experience of 6-8 years preferably in new drug discovery or branded pharmaceutical markets Preferably 3+ years of functional experience in Portfolio Management Skill Set Required: Must have basic understanding of pharmaceutical business processes such as Product Development, Dossier Filing and Pharma Market Good understanding and hands-on experience of using various analytical tools and databases Good project management skills Good communication, networking and interpersonal skills Ambitious and self-driven Additional Information About the Department: Branded generics is one of our biggest businesses in Emerging markets and our branded products are available in 48 countries across 5 regions.
