Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Ngaruawahia Golf Club. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader who understands the flexibility and variation that each day offers – from strategy to bar management, and has the drive to take the club forward. You will need a deep understanding of golf club (or similar) operations, and a passion for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. This role requires strong organisational abilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to managing all aspects of the club's facilities and services.
Shape the Ultimate Golf Experience As the General Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. Using a beautifully maintained course and your outstanding customer service, you'll play a pivotal role in further shaping our golf club's reputation.
Collaborate with Experts Work alongside experienced golf professionals, groundskeepers, and hospitality staff. Your people management skills will be the driving force behind forming a cohesive team that ensures excellence in every aspect of our club.
Lead and Innovate Drive innovation in club operations, from membership services to tournament planning. Your creative ideas and strategic thinking will keep our club at the forefront of the golfing industry.
Build Community Foster a sense of belonging among staff, members and guests. Organise social events, tournaments, and activities that strengthen the bond within our golfing community and our local community.
