Designation – Manager- Finance and Account Job Responsibilities: Overview: As a Commercial Arrangement Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of commercial agreements within the organization.
This position involves examining various commercial arrangements, contracts, and financial transactions to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and ensure adherence to established policies and regulations.
Job Responsibilities: Audit Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the scope and objectives of commercial arrangement.
Develop a comprehensive audit plan, considering the critical components of commercial agreements, financial statements, and relevant documentation.
Documentation Review: Thoroughly examine commercial contracts, agreements, and related documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Verify that contractual terms are accurately reflected in financial records.
Conduct a detailed financial analysis of transactions related to commercial arrangements.
Identify financial irregularities, discrepancies, or potential areas of concern.
Compliance Assessment: Evaluate commercial arrangements against internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing commercial transactions.
Assess the financial and operational risks associated with commercial arrangements.
Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvements.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate audit findings, observations, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing the results of the commercial arrangement review.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to gather information and address audit concerns.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced controls in commercial arrangement management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.
Confidentiality and Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
Uphold professional standards and ethical practices throughout the audit process.
Training and Awareness: Provide guidance and training to relevant staff members on best practices related to commercial arrangement management.
Foster a culture of compliance and financial discipline within the organization.
What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) Skills: Proven experience in auditing, financial analysis, or related fields.
Strong understanding of commercial agreements, contract management, and financial reporting.
Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using audit tools and software.
Experience: 3 Years of experience working in Industry Educational Certifications: CA, CMA, CA+CS, CA+CMA CTC: INR 7,00,000 to 10,00,000 (Approx.)
