We are looking for a strong people leader with experience in Agricultural extension.This role leads a team of ten, comprising of Field Supervisors, Regional Partners, and Case Managers. Under your leadership, you will guide the team in delivering and implementing regional operations, overseeing the delivery of extension services and providing operational support to farmers. You will be responsible for translating the national plan into actionable strategies tailored to meet the region's specific needs.As the successful candidate, you will build strong relationships with local iwi, land occupiers, industry groups, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the operational plan.
