Responsibilities 8+ years of leadership/management experience with the ability to articulate a corporate vision and take people on a change journey.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role.
3 years' experience in three waters operations.
Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field.
Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels.
Proven project management experience.
Experience working with the community to achieve outcomes.
Knowledge of Local Government Act, Reserves Act, and other relevant legislation.
Knowledge of and respect for the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi.
Understanding of Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and other relevant health and safety legislation.
