This is a rare opportunity to lead the Community-Led Prevention Partnership Initiative (CLPPI) and enhance our collective capacity for primary prevention across Aotearoa.What You Will Do:Inspiring and guiding a dedicated team of four, creating a shared vision and providing the support, resources, and strategic direction necessary for them to excel as leaders in their own right.Driving collective leadership by transitioning from reactive problem-solving to proactively co-creating a future where communities are safe, inclusive, and thriving.Championing primary prevention by addressing the root causes of family and sexual violence, and fostering environments that promote Mokopuna Ora, whanau wellbeing, and healthy relationships.Why This Role Matters:As the Manager, you will be instrumental in developing a robust primary prevention system that will evolve over time, contributing to mokopuna ora and a safer, more flourishing Aotearoa. Your leadership will help shape and strengthen social norms, practices, and structures, influencing attitudes and behaviours in a positive and impactful way.Role Requirements:Relationship Building and Management: You have the ability to forge highly productive relationships that influence sustainable systems change on a large scale. Your skills in building strong connections with iwi and other key partners are essential for developing and supporting a Te Tiriti-led primary prevention system.Experience in Adaptive Leadership: You have demonstrated experience managing or leading a team in adaptive operating environments and are not afraid to change course when necessary.Leadership Style: Your leadership style is collaborative and adaptive, modeling healthy relationships in the workplace. You are skilled at critically reflecting on both yourself and your team to promote growth and development.Exceptional Skills and Passion: You bring exceptional leadership and relationship management skills, coupled with a passion for achieving mokopuna ora and fostering safe, flourishing communities. While leadership experience in family and sexual violence is desired, it is not essential.Ko wai matou? Who are we?
