Manager - Blenheim - Vangalas Ltd

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager to join our team at Vangalas Ltd.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the front-of-house team during shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to our Core Values.
Ensure compliance with the Liquor Act, including ID checking, monitoring alcohol consumption, and promoting responsible drinking practices.
Assist with staff training, focusing on delivering a great customer experience.
Create and maintain a positive atmosphere by adjusting lighting, music, and temperature settings.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen team, track wait times, and ensure all tables are satisfied.
Perform daily checks and contribute to day-to-day operations.
Requirements: Hold a valid LCQ certificate or be willing to obtain a manager's certificate immediately.
Demonstrate previous experience in a similar environment or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
This is a full-time permanent role offering immediate start availability. We are open to discussing notice periods and finding a suitable arrangement for the right candidate.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
