Manager- Bar/Restaurant/Gaming/Tab

We are looking for a Manager to work in our tavern based in Kaitaia to manage all aspects of  business and grow the business  . As a manager, you need to maximise sales volumes and profitability and focus on KPIs.
Hours of work – Minimum 32 hours per week.Pay rate - $30.00 NZD per hour.Job responsibilities are as follows:

Oversee bar , restaurant and gaming operations.Recruit , supervise and train staff.
Keep current license up to date.
Create efficient staffing during peak time.
Manage Inventory of bar and kitchen.
Set budget and targets.
Record all financial activities (expenses & sales).
Provide excellent customer service.
Set prices for menu items to ensure sales and profit is maximise.
Ensure customers have good experience and address any complaints.
Set up and monitor health and safety rules for patrons and staff.
Ensure the premises complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 and amendments and the Gambling Act 2003.
Comply with the terms and conditions of the premises/liquor, gaming and Tab Licenses.Role requirements for this role:
You must have either a minimum Level 7 qualification in business or management filed or 3 years' experience as managerial role.
Must have problem gambling awareness training.
Hold a current approved manager Certificate & liquor licenses.
Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in Gaming and TAB operations.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience.
Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and on weekends.
Must Have honest and reliable person, good communication skill.
Ability to respond calmly in stressful time and well presented at all times.
