Working with well-established, energetic and multi-cultural groups of people, key to your success will be your ability to lead others and your readiness to make an impact and contribute to the growth of our successful audit teams.
Your typical day will include: Work to maintain up-to-date technical knowledge related to regulatory/statutory requirements and compliance.Assist with preparation of business reports and management letters for clients highlighting recommendations related to key issues.Enough about us, let's talk about you. You are someone with: 5 years of experience with 2+ years' experience as an Audit ManagerStrong technical audit and statutory reporting skillsetExperience working as a Manager in a Big 4 Audit environmentAbility to develop effective business relationships with clientsCoaching and mentoring of junior staff; leading & managing audit engagementsAbility to make effective presentations to senior client managementInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) expertiseYou'll develop skills in: Presenting findings and recommending/implementing adviceReviewing written advice, reports, memoranda and/or other relevant deliverablesAnalytical thinking and problem solving; making recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategyUnderstanding of audit and risk advisory issues and stakeholder needs to address complex problemsPositively influencing clients, teams, and individuals positively by building relationships and communicating effectively.Delivering exceptional client service; maximising results while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders.So, who are Deloitte Aotearoa?
