The Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining food safety standards, managing stock and staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include stock management, staff management, building customer relationships, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Minimum Requirements:* Suitable work experience of at least 6 – 12 months in a professional environment* A suitable relevant qualification* The ability to motivate and lead a team* Excellent communication skills* Experience in managing wage costs and rosters* Strong organisational skills and self-motivation* A passion for food and hospitality* Flexibility to work variable hours, including late nights and weekendsThe pay rate will range from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and/or qualifications.
