Manager Assistant

Job description:
·           Assist managers in sales, purchase and logistic to ensure the company's operations.
·           Prepare reports, correspondence and other routine documents;
·           Process incoming and outgoing emails, and answer phone calls and inquiries;
·           File and maintain records and confidential documents;
·           Assist director to organize meetings and make travel arrangements;
·           Assist director and other managers to deal with external suppliers and customers;
·           Assist director to handle matters in recruitment and human resources.
Job pre-requisites:

Qualification in business management or legal studies, or at least three years of relevant experience. 
 Good writing and research skills.
Exceptional personal skills and ability to deal with changes. 
Pay attention to detail and highly organised.
 Fluent in Chinese and Japanese is highly desired.
 Knowledge of liquor and international trading rules is a plus.
