The Facilities & Asset Planning team is experienced and driven and are appointing a Manager to ensure the successful ongoing delivery of asset planning and data management objectives. Leading a team of five, you will co-ordinate resources to ensure short/medium term planning and asset objectives are met. You will foster collaboration within the Resources Group and across Council teams, ensuring the sustainable management of assets is aligned with the city's strategic goals.
This is a key role where you will lead the team in developing and maintaining activity management and service delivery plans, ensuring planning for infrastructure delivery is keeping pace with city growth.
Your background will demonstrate at least five years of previous experience in asset planning and data management and experience working in a large complex organisation. You will be degree qualified in a relevant discipline or have extensive experience in a similar role.
