Your role is crucial in ensuring that TLC's asset data is accurate, accessible, and used to drive strategic decisions. You will play a pivotal role in our journey towards Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS) capability, supporting network planning and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Lead, support, and develop a high-performing team, creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives are valued and encouraged.Asset Management: Oversee the integrity of asset information systems, ensuring data accuracy for effective network management.Data-Driven Insight: Utilize advanced analytics and emerging technologies to provide insights and support business decision-making.System Development: Collaborate with IT and external partners to ensure that our systems meet user needs and industry standards.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with electricity industry regulations, including reporting and audits.Join Us If You Have:Qualifications: A relevant degree or tertiary qualification.Experience: 5+ years of experience in any of the following areas:Geographic Information Systems (GIS)Experience in developing business processes and analysis of dataAn understanding of Asset Management data and system management for long life assets.7+ years' experience in Leadership and staff management.Industry Knowledge: Understanding of asset management, business process development, and NZ Electricity Industry regulations.Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.
