Manager - After School Programmes

Our Ngaio Y Kids programme is integral to the school and the community, and we need an eager manager to take it to the next level.This is a unique position that offers:Autonomy to manage the programmes and the team, but with the support of an experienced wider team and well-established systems and processesThe pride that comes with being part of an internationally recognised purpose-driven brandThe chance to make your mark through growing and developing the programmeLead your own team and develop your own leadership skillsOn a day-to-day basis you'll be managing a team of part-time staff, liaising with school staff, ensuring the delivery of quality programmes, managing admin, and of course, developing great relationships with kids and their parents.We will be looking for somebody who brings outstanding relationship skills, strong experience leading a team, and the commitment to providing a fun, safe environment for kids.This is a full-time position, offering you the flexibility to structure your hours around programme hours of 7.30am-8.30am, and 3pm-6pm, Monday-Friday, plus full-time during holidays.
