Management Accountant

I am currently recruiting for a Management Accountant with a highly successful business, who are continuing to invest into their future as they continue to grow.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a key role within their Accounts Department.

Package includes: Salary £35,000, flexible working patterns, company pension, and other great benefits.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in the production of the monthly management accounts in a timely and accurate manner.

Complete weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations ensuring all balances are known and correct.

Reconcile Sales DOC daily.

Update daily estimates vs actuals.

Post and allocate bonus debts.

Optimize the systems we have in place, ensuring we are using them efficiently.

Supervise the Purchase ledger and ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner.

Supervise the sales ledger and ensure all debts are collected.

Communicate effectively with department managers and assist them with any financial matters required.

Daily Cashflow Forecast.

Cover Weekly Forecast in the absence of the Financial Controller.

What We Need From You:

Experience gained in a similar level Assistant Accountant / Senior Finance Assistant role.

AAT part qualified (Final Level) or qualified.

An excellent team player.

A keen eye for detail.

Confident in the use of Excel and in your ability to learn new systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
