Are you a numbers-orientated, logical thinking professional with a knack for financial analysis and strategic planning? The HBRC is seeking a skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing financial performance, supporting decision-making, and contributing to the continued success of our organisation. As a Management Accountant at HBRC, you will collaborate with various departments to provide accurate financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and in-house consultative services to our people. Your role will be pivotal in driving strategic financial planning and supporting the implementation of key business objectives.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional who can quickly adapt to the demands of the role. With at least two years of accounting experience, you will bring a solid understanding of financial processes and the ability to make an immediate impact. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment will be key to your success. You'll have the capability to simplify complex financial data, making it accessible and actionable for non-financial stakeholders, ultimately helping them navigate budgets and planning with ease.
In This Role You Will Have | I tenei mahi ka mahi koe:
Tertiary Degree in Accounting
Chartered Accountant Qualification (or working towards) is preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an accountancy role, ideally where you business partnered with internal stakeholders.
In-depth understanding of management accounting best practices.
Broad understanding of accounting systems.
High level of Excel and computer skills.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Flexibility and innovation, ability to learn new systems and be proactive.
The salary range for this role is between $100,260 to $111,400 and will depend on the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
