Key Responsibilities include: Monthly business reporting Costing analysis & variance KPI development & review Analysis of financial results Performance reporting Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure Develop & manage financial systems.
To be successful you will need: Tertiary qualification in Accounting with at least 3+ years' experience, or a CA who is eager to move into a commercial (fast paced) environment.
Relationship Management skills (you will be dealing with stakeholders across the entire organisation) Computer skills - Strong Excel, Power Point and Word.
Problem Solving - Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyse information skilfully, and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrate leadership and consistent ownership of assigned work.
Attention to detail.
Proven ability to work in a complex accounting environment and institute best practices.
