The job:
Drive financial performance with in-depth analysis and insightful reporting
Co-operate with cross-functional teams to optimise budgeting and forecasting processes
Facilitate grower payments
Provide strategic recommendations to senior management to enhance financial decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Play a key role in financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis
