Job Description ACCOUNTS MANAGER / OFFICE MANAGER Plumbuilt Plumbing Services Papamoa Beach, Tauranga Full Time - Mon-Fri - 40 Hours Per Week $72,000 - 85,000 p/a depending on experience About the Company: Situated in the heart of Papamoa, Plumbuilt Plumbing Services is a family-owned and operated plumbing, gas, and drainage business, providing residential and commercial services to the Bay of Plenty and Waikato region. They are part of the Plumbuilt Group, one of New Zealand's fastest-growing plumbing, drainage, and gas fitting companies with branches throughout the country, known for their excellence and dedication to quality service. About This Role : Plumbuilt seek a self-motivated and dedicated individual with strong administrative skills and previous experience managing accounts payable and receivable, including payroll, office operations, meeting coordination, and project administration. Key Responsibilities: Managing Accounts Payable and Receivable with a focus on payment claims, variations, and invoicing. Reconciling and processing payments in Xero (including EOM batch payments). Managing weekly payroll using Xero accounting system. Development of systems within the office. Liaising with Directors, Quantity Surveyors, and Service Managers, regarding variations, payment claims, and completion documentation. Maintaining Health and Safety paperwork and records. Collaborating closely with Operations Manager and Site Supervisors. Coordinating company events and celebrations. To be successful in this role you will: Have previous experience in an office/accounts management role. Expertise in payroll and accounting systems, ideally proficient in Xero and MS Office, and adaptable to other software such as Simpro. High attention to detail and precision in managing accounts and payroll. Experience in analysing and forecasting financial performance/patterns and managing budgets. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the company. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment supervising others.
