What you'll do:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable related processes, and work programme deliveries. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate financial processing, compliance with policies and procedures, and initiating process improvements. Your role will also involve mentoring accounts advisors, providing backfill during the absence of the team leader, and contributing to the co-ordination of the Transactional Services team's work schedule.
Contribute to the day-to-day planning of the team's work schedule
Initiate business process improvement and implement efficiencies
Ensure financial risks associated with transactional processing are identified and mitigated
Assist in stakeholder engagement and deliver key team messages
Oversee the processing of vendor invoices and payments
Maintain internal controls to safeguard transactional services
Mentor and provide guidance to Transactional Services Accounts Advisors
What you bring:
