Your main role is to provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making and meet financial targets. You'll work closely with senior management and operations team, helping drive the organisation's financial performance through strategic planning and analysis. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, keen business acumen, and experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Duties and ResponsbilitiesOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.Present key performance indicators and results against Budget and Forecast, including commentary, cashflow forecasts, and balance sheet analysis.Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial models, providing guidance to internal stakeholders.Coordinate the planning and budgeting processes, offering analysis and advice to all levels of management.Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.Foster and manage regional and general management relationships and communication.Identify and propose efficiencies in accounting processes and systems, implementing improvements.Fulfil ad hoc requests from management and the wider Finance team, encompassing team support, modelling, automation, and improvements.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.CA or CPA certification or seeking to achieve this (we offer support and mentorship)At least 2 years of experience in a core Accounting role.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders.Strong business acumen and ability to understand and navigate complex business environments.Experience with financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.A high proficiency in financial modelling and Microsoft Excel.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.Competitive salary and remuneration packageOngoing training and support for professional developmentWork alongside an ambitious, supportive team in a diverse environmentDrive change, make a positive difference, and build confidence in construction for the industryDeliver high-profile, complex commercial projectsShape your own opportunities and career journeyHealth, Life, Trauma & Income Protection InsuranceA great range of other wellness and corporate benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
