As a key advisor to the CFO and Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating the finance function, encompassing all subsidiaries and associated entities.Skills, Experience and Competencies:Minimum 2 years in a similar finance role.Strategic planning and implementation experience in a commercial organisation.Thorough knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, procedures, and a working knowledge of NZ tax legislation.Solid experience with creating financial statements, general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.Experience in cost accounting and cost driver analysis including development and management of financial models.Data focused with attention to detail to ensure all data sets are complete, accurate and trends identified to direct the decisions of senior executives.Strong leadership with clear communication and business advisory experience for senior managers.CA qualification is preferred or working towards completion within the next 12 months.Tech savvy (advanced excel skills) and a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.High level of professionalism, integrity and flexibility with changing priorities.Proactive, enthusiastic, and brings a positive attitude.Application Process:If you are a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and are ready to take on a new challenge please apply or email ****** must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
