Focus areas include minimising downtime, maximising efficiency, and adhering to all Health & Safety practices.Every day is different. You will be assisting with general maintenance breakdowns and prevention strategies, installing new equipment, developing planned maintenance schedules, and unique project work as required.During peak season (generally March – June) additional hours, nights, and weekend work is expected, so flexibility is essential.If you're an energetic, forward-thinking maintenance guru who loves to keep busy, then this just might be the role for you!Successful candidates will be required to undergo a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening.What We're After:A trade qualification and/or experience with welding, fabrication, and lathe work is desirable.Proven experience in a plant and/or machinery maintenance role.Ability to quickly problem-solve and troubleshoot issues.Exceptional organizational skills as we operate in a busy seasonal environment.Excellent communication at all levels and across a diverse workforce.Physically fit as it will require extended time on your feet, heavy lifting, and getting into tight spaces.Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.You'll be joining a team of champions!
