Position Overview:
This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be responsible for managing the stock, on an end-to-end basis. We are looking for someone who can bring some fresh ideas to the table and assist with improving current practices. Come and join a team who will embrace your new ideas and reward you well!
Duties will include:
Inventory Management - ensure accurate stock levels are kept, conducting audits when needed.
Procurement of stock - liasing with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Inventory control - manage stock and ensure good organisation of all items, managing procedures in an effective way.
Data - keep systems updated accurately to manage stock levels.

Ideal experience that you will have:
Working in an Engineering environment or dealing with technical parts.
Logistics or Supply Chain Certificate or a Trade Qual is a bonus.
Ordering stock and liasing with suppliers.
Invoicing and Purchase Orders and understanding of freight and shipping costs.
Proven problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
Systems Reporting, preferably MEX or MS Dynamics.
