The purpose of this role is to lead the Maintenance Operations Team, whilst utilising your vehicle technician training, knowledge, and experience to provide assessment, authorisation and vetting of fleet repair authorisations and extra care claims.Key Responsibilities:Provide effective cost control on all fleet lease and managed vehicles.Ensure all fleet leased and managed vehicles comply with all relevant legal, roadworthy, OH&S.Manage the status of vehicles off the road to ensure swift return into operation.Manage vehicles awaiting quotes for repairs to minimise delays to ensure swift return into operation.Provide fleet sales and support staff with all relevant information and documentation as required.Ensure all relevant customer authorisations and approvals are sought as required and stored where relevant.Respond to email correspondence promptly as required.Process fleet invoices as directed.Provide cost control for Paint and Panel repairs.Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management:Performance management, building strong relationships with, and leading the Maintenance team, understand their personal motivations and goals and help them reach those goals.Lead the Maintenance team to ensure members exhibit strong behavioural competency and values.Maintain effective relationships with internal parties.Build and maintain constructive relationships with external/3rd Parties.Qualifications and Experience Required:Automotive technical experience.Ideally you would have some experience with the Toyota brand, experienced service advisor or Maintenance Controller from within the Lease Company network.Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.Strong literary, numeracy and data entry skills.Experience with Microsoft Office applications.Able to work autonomously and be accountable for decisions.Ability to work collaboratively and as a team player.Exceptional Customer Service Skills.Must reside in New Zealand and already have New Zealand Residency.Please submit your CV to Melanie Hoffman at CTP or for a confidential chat phone 021 280 2051.
