The Opportunity
Our engineering maintenance managers are critical in ensuring our plant is running efficiently and is able to meet the needs of our customers.
What you'll be doing
Manage the preventative, reactive and corrective maintenance for our PET lines
Lead and develop a team of 8 engineers (mechanical fitters)
Lead the team to drive line efficiency and OEE
Work closely with the maintenance planners to ensure work is executed
Participate in the maintenance shut down program to ensure execution to plan
Drive continuous improvement to ensure we are operating efficiently
What's in your toolkit?
Previous experience managing a team
Previous experience in manufacturing maintenance – experience with aseptic or carbonated fillers is highly desired
Experience managing a team through significant change
Electrical qualification/degree or process engineering degree
Experience with automation would be highly desired
A continuous improvement mindset
Experience with lean manufacturing
