Maintenance & Handyperson

About the Role: Ensure the facility and grounds are well maintained and presented. Manage external contractors. Undertake minor carpentry, painting and redecorating tasks. Ensuring all tools are in good working order. Skills and Experience Organised, with attention to detail and a systematic, proactive approach. Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to attend a course). Trade Certificate preferred (but not essential). Current NZ Driver's License. APPLY NOW!
