Maintenance Fitter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out repairs.
Install new machinery and equipment as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and good time management skills.
Certification in mechanical maintenance or a related field is a plus.
Day-to-day Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks.
Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
Work with the maintenance team to prioritize and schedule repairs.
Communicate with other departments to understand their maintenance needs and priorities.
Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records of equipment performance and repairs.
