We have an exciting opportunity to join our administration team in our Henderson office. This is a permanent full-time position.
Our Administration Coordinators liaise with customers and tradespeople as well as property maintenance Scopers and Supervisors who supervise and manage the work sites. They organise and plan jobs through to invoicing stage. This is a busy role and the ideal candidate will have some basic property maintenance knowledge. Full training can be provided to the right candidate.
We're looking for people with the ability to think and learn who can easily get to grips with systems, who have a positive attitude and are assertive and flexible.
Are honest, diligent, committed to our customers and live up to the company values
Are organised, good at planning and managing their time
Are resilient enough to deal with the pressure of fluctuating workloads and KPI timeframes
Utilise excellent verbal and written communication skills
Utilise a high level of cultural understanding and relate well to all kinds of people
Use computer systems and are experienced with Microsoft Office computer applications
Can deal with a demanding day in the office
