Mail and Customer Service Officer - New Lynn On call casual$26.84 per hour paid fortnightlyA role with variety! The main aspect of this role will be counter work and interacting with customers (mainly through parcel collection).

Working at our New Lynn branch on Binstead Road, our Mail and Customer Service Officer delivers an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests, or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.
You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions, and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
This role will shift location nearby at a date and location to be confirmed. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.
What we need from you:
Be available to work on call from 0700 to 1730 Monday to Friday and Saturday 0700 to 1200Reliable transport to get to and from workProblem-solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?Administration and data entry skillsConfidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone, and emailAll applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
