We would also consider a locum veterinarian wanting to take extended breaks (up to 3 weeks) in the above period to discover New Zealand, provided peak holiday and their weekend shifts are covered.We are looking for a veterinarian of two or more years' experience to be part of our five-veterinarian team, someone who:is keen to work in a well-managed and respected small animal practice with excellent support from three senior veterinariansis committed to client service with a professional 'can do' attitudeenjoys working as part of a team of passionate professionalshas good time management and proven organisational skills and is keen to contributedisplays great interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and colleaguesWe care for our patients and clients seven days of the week, but there is no afterhours work as this is covered by the Wellington After Hours Clinic. There is a 4-day work week and a 1:4 weekend roster (with the following Monday off!).
