Mahi E Taea Systems Support/Trainer, Middlemore Central

Are you an experienced individual looking for a challenge and the opportunity to take your skills to the next level?

This position is responsible for delivery of training content designed to enhance the skills of the users of the Mahi e Taea (Workforce Dimensions) rostering application at Counties Manukau District. This is a full time role, working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and based at Middlemore Hospital.

Responsibilities:

Deliver training content to enhance the skills of team leaders, line managers and roster co-ordinators to enable efficient use of the application.

Design and develop customised training programmes and workshops for changes to business processes and system enhancements.

Facilitate classroom training, online training, and workshops confidently.

Create and maintain training materials and user guides.

Identify and deliver individual/group training needs; training statistics are collated and evaluated with MMC IS team.

Assist in timely resolution of user issues.

Essential Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of roster management, workforce planning and rostering application in a large organisation.

Ideally have some experience or knowledge of collective agreements and payroll.

At least 1 year experience supporting a fully integrated and robust workforce roster.

1-3 years' experience in delivery of training in a large organisation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work with systems and processes.

Good skills in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Data analysis skills.

The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.
