From mixing to packing and palletizing, your role covers the entire manufacturing process. You'll perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate wet wipes manufacturing machines according to production schedules.Monitor machine performance, conduct efficient changeovers, and reduce waste.Perform routine quality checks.Conduct preventative maintenance and assist in repairs when needed.Troubleshoot machine malfunctions to minimise downtime and escalate issues as required.Maintain accurate production records and complete shift reports.Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and participate in improvement initiatives.About YouHigh school diploma or equivalent, with proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.Physical stamina to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 25kg safely.Experience with automated machinery, qualifications or training in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies and Health and safety certifications or training beneficial.Who We AreZeta Group is a New Zealand-owned and operated manufacturer, one of the country's most dynamic and fastest-growing companies.
