We are seeking a highly motivated Lubrication Engineer to join our team.
This role could be an ideal opportunity for a mechanic/reliability/maintenance engineer looking to transition into a technical and customer-focused position.
The Role Delivering technical support programs and providing expert application engineering. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers in a timely and effective manner. Providing tailored lubrication solutions and maintaining the highest standard of customer service. Self-managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations. This position requires a hands-on, solutions-driven individual with strong technical ability and a proactive approach to client service.
Key Responsibilities Implement and evaluate technical programs for customers, documenting results to quantify value delivered. Identify and implement profit improvement opportunities and product upgrades. Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs and deliver innovative solutions. Troubleshoot product and equipment performance issues efficiently, minimizing downtime for clients. Act as a technical resource for Business Development Managers and resellers' sales teams. Deliver training on product knowledge, applications, and programs for employees, customers, and distributors. Provide detailed feedback on industry trends, product performance, and customer insights. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Relevant engineering or mechanical qualifications (or equivalent practical experience). 3+ years of engineering or experience in a relevant industry (experience in the oil industry is advantageous but not essential). Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional self-management, planning, and organizational skills. A proactive and customer-focused mindset, ensuring the highest standards of service.
