We need someone with a keen eye for detail and creativity, ready to enhance our offerings and bring flair to every dish.Key Responsibilities:Operational Excellence: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of Duty Managers, Front Desk Hosts, and both Front and Back of House staff to maintain and elevate service standards.Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.Team Development: Deliver training and ongoing development for your team, promoting collaboration, efficiency, and high standards of performance and presentation.Customer Experience: Ensure all guests receive an exceptional experience by addressing and resolving complaints, anticipating needs, and continually enhancing service delivery.Food & Beverage Operations: Oversee food production and service to comply with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.Financial Management: Manage budgets, stock control, cost of goods, and staffing rosters to ensure smooth operations within financial targets.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and occupational health and safety legislation while promoting a culture of safety within the team.Leadership: Proven experience leading teams in a high-performance environment, such as a 5-star hotel, Fine Dining or Hotel Dining, Domestic or International Lounge Experience, Airline Experience or Hospitality Operation.Hands-on Management: Willingness to work on the floor alongside your team, stepping in to support shifts as needed.Customer-Centric: A commitment to exceeding guest expectations and delivering top-tier service every day.
